Major General Michael Carey, Commander of the 20th Air Force, responsible for three wings of
intercontinental missiles, and Vice Admiral Tim Giardina, in charge of the Navy’s nuclear arsenal, saw to it that on October 8, 2013 a nuclear device detonated 600 miles off the coast of South Carolina rather than killing US citizenry in Charleston. The 188 Ministers of Finance in charge of the Bretton Woods institutions do not want to see the US dollar go down in flames. The US’ allies are standing by the American people, and support my letter to the Inspector General of the Department of Defense demanding that Carey and Giardina, together with 200 other officers in the Department of Defense who were relieved of their command, be reinstated forthwith.
