I turned in 42 states with standing legal applications, in my opinion, for them to verify and tabulate along with all other applications in our nation’s history. They have never assigned the duty to count.

Dear Senators,
I have been in contact with Karen Hudes former senior legal counsel for 20+ years at the World Bank. Karen has been giving several alternative media interviews outlining the corruption in Washington DC, Federal Reserve, World Bank and the Vatican Bank. I stand behind her in her efforts to expose this corruption and lawlessness coming from Washington and the very top of the world financial institutions. What is less known is that the Founders gave state legislatures the power to make changes to the federal structure when Washington, DC, starts to abuse its authority.
Article V of the Constitution authorizes the state legislatures to call a convention for the limited purpose of proposing amendments to the Constitution.
Citizens for Self-Governance has launched the Convention of States Project to call a convention for the purpose of proposing amendments that impose fiscal restraints and limitations on the power of the federal government.
I support this approach. I want Nebraska to be one of the necessary 34 states that passes a resolution calling for a Convention of States. You can find a copy of the draft resolution and a legislator’s handbook (which briefly explains the process and answers many questions) atwww.conventionofstates.com.
I ask you to introduce a bill and support the Convention of States Project in the next legislative session.
