This is an extract of a historical 1974 Hellenic film titled «The Trial of the Judges» , which refers to the trial of Theodoros Kolokotronis and Dimitris Plapoutas for treason,(which was pure machination of their political enemies) and the refusal of two of the total of five judges to condemn them to death due to lack of evidence. In this extract one of the accused Judges (Athanasios Polizoidis) has taken the stand in his own defense, and what he says still applies since those same powers are even today in control of this land, Hellas.
